Our pixie princess of the emerald coast, Raela Marie, is back for some tail-flipping summer fun! We present to you: Mermaid Crown-Making & Cold Plunge Magick Workshop!
Plan to come at 5:30 to mic and mingle and enjoy some light refreshments and tapas . From there we will begin by making magical mermaid (or mer-man) crowns from seashells, lovingly collected by Raela. Of course we can add some magical crystals from the shop as well! We will follow up with an optional cold plunge or ice bath.
Cold Plunge, or Ice Bath, is an amazing therapeutic practice that is said to improve mood, reduce stress, increase metabolism, and reduce inflammation. Raela is an experienced cold plunger with over 5 years experience dipping and guiding others in this practice. Her testimony on how ice baths have improved her life is awe-inspiring! She will be taking us through breath work and light meditation as we individually "take the plunge” donning our newly maid mermaid crowns.
Seating is limited so be sure to reserve your tickets in advance! Day of event the cost will be $44.
