Sputnik Aragonite is a type of calcium carbonate mineral that naturally occurs in mother nature, alongside Calcite and Vaterite. It can be found as small prismatic crystals, masses, stalactites, and spherical radiating aggregates. Aragonite was first identified in 1790 by Abraham Gottlob Werner in Molina de Aragón, Guadalajara, Castile-La Mancha, Spain, and has since been discovered in various locations around the world, including Mexico, Pakistan, Italy, the U.K., and the United States. These aragonites are from Morocco.
