Our pixie princess of the emerald coast, Raela Marie, is back for some summer soulstice fun! We present to you: The Mermaids of Litha: Mermaid Crown-Making & Cold Plunge Magick Workshop!
Litha, also known as Midsummer, or summer solstice, marks the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. It is a time to honor the sun's power, celebrate nature's bounty, and connect with the vibrant energy of summer.
We will gather at 6pm in the courtyard. From there we will begin by making magical mermaid (or mer-man) crowns from seashells, lovingly collected by Raela. Of course we can add some magical crystals from the shop as well! We will follow up with an optional cold plunge or ice bath.
Cold Plunge, or Ice Bath, is an amazing therapeutic practice that is said to improve mood, reduce stress, increase metabolism, and reduce inflammation. Raela is an experienced cold plunger with over 5 years experience dipping and guiding others in this practice. Her testimony on how ice baths have improved her life is awe-inspiring! She will be taking us through breath work and light meditation as we individually "take the plunge” donning our newly maid mermaid crowns.
As the night progresses we will have a fire pit going to honor the summer solstice and the sun! Light tapas and refreshments will be provided.
